Venezuela is no more "leftist" than Saudi or Kuwait.

Venezuela did not provide 15 hijackers on 9/11, but Saudi did.

I realize that people like you do not care as you would no more leave the US than cut off a hand, but the derision towards Trump and the US grows daily. Trump's latest move to create a class of ships after himself, a class of ships the US does not need, has made him and the US into an even bigger laughing stock.

Thanks to Trump and people like you that cheer on murder and theft the US will become more and more isolated. During COVID more than 30 nations either banned Americans outright or limited them to "essential travel". This will start happening again soon. The US has become a rogue nation, there is not a more disruptive entity to world peace right now than the US government.

My wife and I are heading to the airport soon to return home and will sadly have to limit our travel till we get the 2nd passport. All so that people like you can have their bloodlust satiated.

Maybe you will get lucky and the US government will kill a bunch of people on Christmas so you can add that to your celebration.

I've yet to see video of these boats having a single fishing pole over the side much less catching the act of them really catching any fish. All Maduro needs to do is produce one fisherman in Venezuela who can show us he has a boat like that and routinely boats out to the deep ocean to catch fish that he can hook on a one-man fishing pole and reel in. Then explain why he goes clear out into the deep ocean to catch them. What is he fishing for, barracudas and groupers? All of the best fishing is in the reefs near the shore.

Yeah an impoverished South American fisherman is going to spend a thousands dollars on gasoline to catch a few fish fifty miles off shore in a $250,000 speed boat rig..I tell ya Lefty is impressively delusional.

There are multiple angles here. Both Russia and China are seeking to establish a presence in South America...so far Venezuela has been their most promising prospect. Additionally it would seem that China has been funding Tren de Aragua as a psuedo terrorist group to investigate the possibility of a land based invasion of the US. Regime change is a must....no longer just a good idea.

On average, these boats are traveling at 4X the top speed of any fishing boat. So fast indeed that even planes cannot easily catch them, only helicopters are able to find them and track and keep up with their constant changes in direction which make it impossible for any regular plane or craft of the water to intercept them because the combination of speed and erratic direction changes makes it impossible to plot a vector to intercept them with. That is why they are being attacked from the air.

Choppers launched from deep sea navy vessels tracking the boats guide an attack craft in at 25,000 feet which then takes them out with some sort of guided missile. Quite an expensive operation but nothing our guys are not up to doing. Why would a fishing boat be making such evasive maneuvers? Afraid someone is coming to steal their cache of tuna???

If the f*cking left want to catch these guys, prove they are drug-runners (to their satisfaction) and take them to trial, I suggest they get off their fat asses and go out and try catching one of these speed boats ON THE WATER at 50 knotts while they zig-zag all over the ocean.

By now it must be common news that taking a speed boat off the tip of South America is a deadly mission. Yet they continue to try. What could drive people to that point where they're going out on an adventure that has a better than even chance of ending up in death? Extreme poverty perhaps?

If these were just fishermen I think they would probably find another place to go fishing. No there has to be more to it for a group of people like this who are willing to stare death in the face and sometimes come out on the losing end.
