Why do jews hate non jews? There Talmud says that non jews who read the Torah should be killed. For reading a book.

Even if you're correct AND intelligence could be accurately measured (I'm skeptical), I'd bet the distribution would look like the Bell Curves below. Irrelevant for 99.99% of the population.

I don't doubt a normal distribution. And I don't doubt that they can be skewed or offset for different "tribes." I also don't doubt that there is a genetic component involved.

Do the societies or cultures with higher levels of intelligence have a functional advantage over societies or cultures with lower levels of intelligence? And wouldn't that be even more pronounced in a technological age?

You are correct a bell curve called a normal distribution is how world wide IQ scores fall. Median is 100 one standard deviation is 15. If we look at smaller cultures we get a different median. Jews are 107 Asians 108 African Americans 85.
Its determined by genetics the parents who are the smartest have the most children then the median increases. The reverse is true.

A normal distribution is better for a normal society but more important are two parent families regardless of Intelligence. Emotions determine how intelligence is applied. Single mothers produce high rates of criminals and violent males regardless of intelligence
