Zone1 Why do so many on this forum refuse to post SOLUTIONS and, instead, they infer that everyone not black is a racist? Kind enough mods?

Why is this a sticky thread? Nobody white here wants to read any solution. All they want to do is give their opinions based on not being black and not living with what blacks face. Instead we are going to read a bunch of garbage full of racist stereotypes and denial of the real problem. The solution has already been given.
