If you take the law literally as if the concerns of God are carnal, what you eat, what you wear, and the sexual preferences of consenting adults, then yes, everyone is a sinner, in fact it would be impossible to not sin.

Thats why Jesus said unless you "eat my flesh" (accept my teaching) you can have no life in you. Life is the promise for complying with the laws demands. If anyone with the education of an 8 year old looks and looks and keeps on looking for the deeper meaning they will find it and learn that it easy to not sin. As easy or as difficult as it is for a person to be honest with themselves and others doofus.

This why Jesus said, 'My yoke is easy". How hard is it to not lie in the name of God? How hard is it not to worship anything made by human hands? How hard is it to not eat the flesh of serpents, narcissists, liars, bottom feeders, dogs, swine that do not ruminate, teeming vermin that go down on all fours, or creepy things that creep?
