Why do liberals defend China? Now Cuomo is blaming Europe

The virus is from China. Not Trump. You liberal assholes need to blame China.

It’s simple.

Blame China.

If it started in a lab in South Dakota and it infected China, you wouid blame Trump.

The virus originated in China- and China screwed up its handling of it- you have yet to provide a single person who has defended China.
The only person I can find who defended China was your Dear Leader- Donald Trump.

You Trumpkin assholes now want everyone to blame China- and ignore how Donald Trump has fucked up the management of this pandemic.

Yesterday Trump was bragging about how the U.S. leads in the number of tests- while leaving out we also lead in the number of deaths.

If this started in a lab run personally by Donald Trump and it infected the U.S.- you would blame China- or Russia or Democrats or Bernie Sanders

Well, we simply need to learn from our 20/20 hindsight.... with emerging deadly viruses, we need to stop flights from everywhere, EARLY on or quarantining returning passengers, all airport workers supplied with n95 masks immediately, all citizens out and about with surgical masks, or better yet, have 15 minuite testing for the new virus at all entry points in to the USA...So not to disrupt as much.... early testing is the key...And displaying positives.
so do you believe stopping flights to the US from Europe was the right call?
This mutation from the EU, with the heavier viral load, has taken over the Wuhan version nearly throughout the USA now.
would this have happened had the wuhan virus not existed?
The corona virus strains usually originate in China, with a specific bat, that does not even exist in Europe or the Americas.... So yes, Asia/China will likely always be the region corona viruses originally come from...

And their wet markets help facilitate the jump from these bats to usually another animal, then a jump to humans and not having those market would slow down or cut down New viruses emerging in to human to human transmission.

H1n1 and variations usually originate in the Americas, it's a swine flu that jumps to humans usually from our own pig farming methods and slaughtering houses from what I understand, and we spread it through travel to other countries from here in the Americas.

The viruses, are an act of nature.... pigs have them, bats have them etc etc etc ..... it's human interactions with animals, that allows the jump to us.

So, yes the Corona viruses originate in China, but what we have spreading here comes from Europe, who initially got it from China.

But that is not the point Cuomo is making... he's simply stating where NYC got their Corona virus spread from, and it was from European passengers to the US or Americans returning g from traveling to Europe and returning home to the USA....

That's it.... it's not about siding with China or any of that schoolyard bulloney....
Stop telling Trumpkins facts about the Coronavirus- it gets in the way of their efforts to deflect any criticism of Donald Trump.

What is the goal?
To hide the Chinese alliance with democrats.

Hmmm the one who seemed to have an alliance with China is your Dear Leader.....until he realized that he needed a scapegoat.

If Trump blamed America, the left would blame China.
We are at the point now, that the left hates the right, and especially Trump himself, with such vigor, that they will literally wish disaster onto the country and themselves, if it meant bad news for Trump and the right. They have literally become psychopathic.

Trump defended China until March. If you were correct, then 'the left' would have been spending that time blaming China.

But of course 'the left' didn't do that.

It must be weird to have to go from supporting Trump as he defended and applauded China to supporting Trump as he blames China- all for the same pandemic. Do you guys practice yoga to bend your positions into these moral pretzals?

Trump ran on being anti-China, he has worked to tear up past economic agreements with China, and put America FIRST. Which of course to the left is racist, nationalist, xenophobic, blah blah blah, and blah...………………..

Except of course for the facts.
a) He hasn't torn up any 'past agreements with China' and
b) He repeatedly defended and applauded China- until he realized he needed a scapegoat

Glad to remind of his defending China- just this year:

Is China the key to Globalists?

I really do not understand why liberals blame the USA for the Wu Flu but will not blame China.

Liberals. Chinese Communist Party is to blame for WuFlu.

Deal with it and crawl out from under your beds you coward assholes

Because the rest of us are trying to deal with the effect of the virus on not only us and the ones closest to us, but also the economic fallout from the current administrations absolutely incompetent response. We're not worried about assigning scapegoats. Plenty of time to ask questions of China when the shit blows over. And we won't be the only ones asking the questions. It will be almost every country. The only people attempting to find diversions and assign blame are Trump supporters...who have less than six months to figure out how to prevent his ouster.

1. Vox: This Isn’t A Deadly Pandemic
In a since deleted tweet Vox tweeted, “is [coronavirus] going to be a deadly pandemic? No.” Vox tweeted this on January 31, two days after the White House announced they were creating a coronavirus task force and would expand their travel ban to China.

2. Washington Post: Coronavirus Isn’t So Scary
In a “perspective” article, retired Harvard professor David Ropeik wrote for the Washington Post how the cognitive biases in our brain make coronavirus seem scarier then it actually is.

The article was published on January 31 and was titled, “How our brains make coronavirus seem scarier than it is.”

3. Washington Post: The Flu Is Worse Than Coronavirus
In an article titled “Get a grippe, America. The flu is a much bigger threat than coronavirus, for now,” published February 1, the Washington Post’s Lenny Bernstein wrote that the flu poses a larger threat to the American public, as coronavirus does not appear to be fatal.

“Clearly, the flu poses the bigger and more pressing peril; a handful of cases of the new respiratory illness have been reported in the United States, none of them fatal or apparently even life-threatening,” Bernstein wrote.

4. Washington Post: Be Wary Of The Racist Government
In another “perspective” article, Wendy Parmet and Michael Sinha wrote that an aggressive government response to coronavirus could be problematic for “marginalized populations.”

Essentially, the authors were arguing against an aggressive government response to the pandemic for fear of “racist” policies.

5. New York Times: Fear Spreads Faster Than Coronavirus
On February 18, the New York Times published an article that claimed fear was spreading faster than the coronavirus in Europe. After 40 cases were confirmed, the New York Times decided to highlight the supposed “stigmatization” that came with having the coronavirus and how it hurt people’s feelings.

Three weeks later, Italy shut down completely and thousands of people died.

6. CNN: Racist Attacks Are More Threatening Than Coronavirus
On February 21, CNN claimed “racist assaults and ignorant attacks against Asians” were spreading faster than the coronavirus itself.

According to CNN’s “experts,” rampant ignorance and misinformation about coronavirus has led to racist and xenophobic attacks against anyone who looks East Asian.

Apparently, the real plague in America isn’t the deadly virus that is shutting down the global economy and killing thousands, it’s actually racism.

What is the goal?

What a fucking tool, he's such an unmitigated douchebag

1) Ooooh. A Tweet...and it was deleted. Quick someone alert the media...oh..wait.
2) Whelp, you get this one. Kinda dumb in hindsight. Given. But it is an op-ed by a retired professor. https://www.washingtonpost.com/outl...ins-make-coronavirus-seem-scarier-than-it-is/
3) Again, silly. The benefits of hindsight.

4) No one. I mean, no one used the term "racist"...anywhere. Can we please just dispense with this nonsense?
5) Hmm. They are talking about stigma and scapegoating. Not the actual virus itself.
6) Again, they aren't talking about the virus itself. Just the inevitable scapegoating that comes with it.

And yes the real plague is the virus. And the real problem is the current administrations complete fumbling of the response to it. Hence the economic carnage.

Guess what? The virus CAME to the East Coast from Europe

Ya know why? Because Trump didn't make the preparations he should have for Americans returning from abroad

While Trump was banning flights from the DNXi leadership in China, Nancy and the democrats were ordering souvenir Impeachment pens, calling him "Hysterically xenophobia" for banning flights from the democrat mainland and - finally - encouraging people TO GO TO FUCKING CHINATOWN!!

So Trump wasn't hysterically xenophobic enough?

Donald Trump himself isn't xenophobic- but he knows how to excite his base by appealing to their xenophobia.

Remember- Trump didn't have a ban on people coming from China- he had a partial ban.
And when he 'banned travel' from Europe- once again it wasn't a total ban.

How well did his bans work?

Well the United States is now #1 in testing- and coronavirus cases- and coronavirus deaths.

Those bans worked so well.....
