Steyr didn't make the AK, Maadi in Egypt did. They used the original Soviet tooling for the AK-47 so it was as close as you could get to the real deal for a long time.

When they first were brought in they had a limited supply of ammo, so reloading was essential for many years.

I had never heard of Steyr making an AK before he mentioned it, but I rolled with it anyway. Makes sense since Austria was never East-bloc. I kind of like some of their handguns too but just not common enough for me to bother right now. It's a shame Glock beat Steyr for the Austrian military trials. They have so much more class.

Maybe a little , for my RA 1911A2 in 10mm.
It's picky enough with ammo that I cannot trust it as a carry gun. When I have the time and motivation, I'll see of I can remedy that.
Its a solid, accurate gun, it just needs a little coaxing.

There should be gun safety training for kids in school. Teach them about firearms, how to handle, shoot, etc.
