By 'helping' 'poor' blacks (or, their Marxist word for them: 'minorities.') They assure themselves a higher position both monetarily and morally over them. They can garner literally millions of dollars to 'help' ore 'empower' 'minorities' or the 'less fortunate'.....They have been doing that ever since the end of slavery (because they miss their slaves) and on into the 60's where they cleverly passed a 'civil rights' act which has provided 0 for Blacks and caused even more discrimination in all directions.

'Uppity blacks' (Patriotic, conservative, Americans) are hated because they cannot be controlled.
