Thank God it turned out alright, but we would have to know the complete story to really know what the stop was all about, and then why he tried to run like he did. It was a struggle for sure, and it could have been traggic, but thank God it wasn't.... If anything it is or should be a very good study video for studying the wrongs and rights of a public arrest, and hopefully both persons involved can come away with a better understanding of the do's and don't's involved in an encounter that has all the makings of a disaster involved. The video starting with the man already being frisked, and us not knowing how it all started, makes it impossible to evaluate the entire situation in which could have gotten either people involved killed.
