Before you look to do harm to Chief Justice Roberts or his family, it’s important that you think carefully about the meaning – the true nature — of his ruling on Obama-care. The Left will shout that they won, that Obama-care was upheld and all the rest. Let them.

It will be a short-lived celebration.

Here’s what really occurred — payback. Yes, payback for Obama’s numerous, ill-advised and childish insults directed toward SCOTUS.

Atkinson writes a good article but misfires on the medicare provision. If the states don't want to fund it, the federal government can do it for the states. That means federal agents come into the state and take over the functions previously run by the state. Better think this through if any consider it a states rights victory, because it is a federal preemption of state power.

He didn't.

He made the wrong decision and for some very stupid and wrong reasons.

Shameful.

He should resign.
