That I agree with but it wasn't offensive. I find Kamala Harris and the democrats supporting her offensive to the victims and their families who lost their lives and some even being children. That's highly offensive to me not this stupid thing.

However, I believe that the particular joke about Puerto Rico was intended as a double entrende, combining the latest left wing fixation about a floating "island of garbage" in the Pacific Ocean with the effects of recent hurricanes on Puerto Rico.
