BS. They told us last December that they were going to pass that CR, but begin working on massive spending cuts for March. March came and they didn't cut anything. But they said they didn't have enough time to put the spending cuts in that CR. That the one in June would include those massive cuts.

Every president back to Reagan spent way too much. Trump was supposed to end all that, and get some massive spending cuts... He's as much of a liar as Obama, W and the rest of them are.
