On May 26, 2014, two Los Angeles County deputies killed 23-year old Noel Aguilar in cold blood. They claimed he shot an officer, but this is a lie. Police then repeatedly shot Aguilar in the back, handcuffed him and sat on his back until he died.

He told them he was dying. Onlookers repeatedly yelled that he was dying, but it appears the police fully wanted him to die. The cover-up of their apparent murder of Aguilar began immediately and was widely supported by the local press in Los Angeles — which often provides first cover for police.

Nineteen months after Aguilar was killed, an anonymous bystander who filmed the entire ordeal gave the video over to attorneys for the Aguilar family — who in turn submitted it to the local press, local law enforcement and the Department of Justice.

KING: Cops who killed Noel Aguilar should face murder charge

It would be nice to get both sides of the story. Usually when that happens, it turns out that the cops were right. So give us the full story or STFU.

And this is why we the people have the Right to be armed, that asshats like you want to take away. Why is that guano? Why do you wish to disarm everyone so that we are subject to assholes like this? Hmmmm? What do you use for brains that you can demand the one and not seem to understand that this is the result...

You have to wonder how many people over the years have been murdered with no cell phones to show the truth.

Probably as many innocent civilians as military members murdered overseas that we never hear about. Ohh...you must have done some of that too huh?

*See how easy and stupid it is to label and entire group due to a tiny % of bad behavior?

You're right. Maybe if Noel Aguilar had been armed he'd still be alive today.

He was armed. He had a gun on him...hence the fight. He never was able to get it into his hands from where he had it on his body.

Basically, cops are getting the message that it they do their job, they will be hung up to dry if they shoot a black person. If I was a cop right now, I'd sit my butt in a donut shop and turn off the police radio.
