Get new word salad, Jones
Deal with facts.
You Trumpsters worship a clown who thinks he is a king.
No real American bows to a king.
But you do.

Made up BS.Biden did it every day.
/—-/ Unelected whining about an unelected watchdog. You can’t make this stuff up.‘After yet another federal judge stopped the Musk/Trump onslaught by temporarily blocking Musk and his team from accessing Americans’ records from Treasury Department computers, MAGA Republicans attacked judges. “Outrageous,” Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) posted, spreading the lie that the judge barred the Secretary of the Treasury from accessing the information, although in fact he temporarily barred Treasury Secretary Bessent from granting access to others. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) said the decision had “the feel of…a judicial” coup. Right-wing legal scholar Adrian Vermeule called it “[j]udicial interference with legitimate acts of state.”
Vice President J.D. Vance, who would take over the office of the presidency if the 78-year-old Trump can no longer perform the duties of the office, posted: “Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”
As legal scholar Steve Vladeck noted: “Just to say the quiet part out loud, the point of having unelected judges in a democracy is so that whether acts of state are ‘legitimate’ can be decided by someone other than the people who are undertaking them. Vermeule knows this, of course. So does Vance.” Of Vance’s statement, Aaron Rupar of Public Notice added: “this is the sort of thing you post when you’re ramping up to defying lawful court orders.”’

The fascist Trump regime is a criminal administration exhibiting overt contempt for the rule of law and the Constitution – a criminal administration ready to defy lawful court orders to advance its despotic, authoritarian agenda
Only in your opinion. That is flagrantly false.
Made up BS.
John Marshall's last stand, as his fading ghost heads into Trump's Little Big Horn.‘After yet another federal judge stopped the Musk/Trump onslaught by temporarily blocking Musk and his team from accessing Americans’ records from Treasury Department computers, MAGA Republicans attacked judges. “Outrageous,” Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) posted, spreading the lie that the judge barred the Secretary of the Treasury from accessing the information, although in fact he temporarily barred Treasury Secretary Bessent from granting access to others. Bury MarburyI believe Trump isn't staying in his executive lane.
Twigs from Poison IvyThe other courts are part of the judicial branch
This seems to be happening in a number of cases.‘After yet another federal judge stopped the Musk/Trump onslaught by temporarily blocking Musk and his team from accessing Americans’ records from Treasury Department computers, MAGA Republicans attacked judges. “Outrageous,” Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) posted, spreading the lie that the judge barred the Secretary of the Treasury from accessing the information, although in fact he temporarily barred Treasury Secretary Bessent from granting access to others. Exactly. He was stymied by the Court a number of times and though he tried to go around their ruling he complied. You're wrong about the student loans. Biden did not violate the Supreme Court Order he forgave student loans that were not part of the lawsuit. Look it up rather than making inane comparisons.
Trump, if he flagrantly violates the judiciary, spits in the face of the Constitution and its separation of powers. It will no longer be three co-equal branches of government, it will be an executive branch without limitations.
He's Made Them Use Their Gavels as DildosHow’s he violated the judiciary?
Save your weird fantasies for your significant otherHe's Made Them Use Their Gavels as Dildos
Not one example in your post shows Biden or Obama flagrantly ignoring a court order. There is a difference between ignoring an Order and changing the law or your action to comply with it.Only in your opinion.
He kept trying to forgive student loans.....and judges kept telling him he couldn't do it.
Obama created a form of amnesty called DACA. Presidential Amnesty is unconstitutional. It had to be passed by congress first.
Biden interfered in the criminal prosecutions against Trump placing his own lawyers in charge of the document trial in NYC. The only thing that stopped him from getting more convictions is he couldn't get all of the trials in Florida and Georgia moved to Washington D.C.
Logical Fallacy: SCROTUS Interpreting the Constitution as Giving It the Right to Interpret the ConstitutionThis seems to be happening in a number of cases.
What is the proper result?
A. Neuter the Judicial branch?
B. Remove the recalcitrant President via Impeachment?
They seem to be the only two choices if it continues
Marbury v Madison is about as settled law as you can findLogical Fallacy: SCROTUS Interpreting the Constitution as Giving It the Right to Interpret the Constitution
What did Boris Yeltsin do when his Congress tried to remove him? It will have to come to that if the yapping Leftist obstructionists are serious about taking a stand, but that is totally uncharacteristic about judges so used to having their way without anyone questioning their self-appointed authority.
Also known as dictatorshipNot one example in your post shows Biden or Obama flagrantly ignoring a court order. There is a difference between ignoring an Order and changing the law or your action to comply with it.
If Trump flagrantly ignores a Court Order then there will be a constitutional crisis. If Trump can ignore the judiciary he might as well ignore Congress then we will have an executive branch with no checks. We call that autocracy.
Red herring fallacy; failed attempt to deflect.Only in your opinion.

Sorry, trump is follow established precedent created by Xiden and ObamaRed herring fallacy; failed attempt to deflect.
The thread is about the fact that the fascist Trump regime has contempt for the rule of law and is willing, with the support of Republicans, to violate court orders in pursuit of its lawless agenda.
You’re a liarSorry, trump is follow established precedent created by Xiden and Obama
Too bad, the Constitution is clear who controls the executive branch and it isn't unelected activst judges.I believe Trump isn't staying in his executive lane.
