Obama created a form of amnesty called DACA. Presidential Amnesty is unconstitutional. It had to be passed by congress first.
Biden interfered in the criminal prosecutions against Trump placing his own lawyers in charge of the document trial in NYC. The only thing that stopped him from getting more convictions is he couldn't get all of the trials in Florida and Georgia moved to Washington D.C.

A. Neuter the Judicial branch?
B. Remove the recalcitrant President via Impeachment?

Not one example in your post shows Biden or Obama flagrantly ignoring a court order. There is a difference between ignoring an Order and changing the law or your action to comply with it.
If Trump flagrantly ignores a Court Order then there will be a constitutional crisis. If Trump can ignore the judiciary he might as well ignore Congress then we will have an executive branch with no checks. We call that autocracy.
