I posted the following link to show that Biden tried three times to forgive student loans and the third time passed legal muster. You may not like it, but Biden did not willy-nilly disobey the Supreme Court.

As far as my personal opinion, I hated the student loan forgiveness and thought it hurt him more than helped him.
My personal opinion aside, Biden's last plan ostensibly complied with the Supreme Court ruling.

What you are seeing is the executive branch being taken over by the executive.
The vast and mostly anonymous federal bureacracy is not a fourth branch of government. The agencies are created by the executive or by congress, funded by congress, and directed by the executive.
The Congress is hundreds of people, the bureacracy is millions of people, but the executive is ONE person, per the U.S. Constitution. Maybe that sticks in some people's craw, but their argument is with the Constitution, not the current President in whom executive power is solely vested.
These judges that are "stopping Trump" are really just pausing what he is doing in a limited number of cases. No ruling has been made that anything the president, Musk, Bondi, Noem, or Homan is doing is illegal or unconsitutional. There hasn't been enough time for such a case.
In he case of the ASAID, the workers were put on paid leave, but the judge bought their union's reasoning that this would cause "irreperable harm" and let them go back to work. "Back" may be the wrong word there. Most of them would have been sitting at home drawing a check, no differently than they have since COVID.
The extra-constitutional judicial interference with the executive cannot last, because there is no legal basis for it. "I hate to see so many people lose their jobs" is not a law.

The president can’t simply ignore a lower court ruling
According to the communists in the DNC they have to be elected cuz that's democracy.
Democracy is electing Democrats and only Democrats.
Un-elected officials are breaking the law if they abuse their authority.....unless it's to help Democrats.
