But in Thomas's take, he wrote in his opinion that this ruling opens up the door, on all other cases they've had regarding privacy, and they all could be on the chopping block...or reviewed again, like same sex marriage, contraception, medical decisions etc.... Almost like he was an activist, calling for his colleagues to get and bring a lawsuit on any of these things.

Alito and all the other conservatives said that the Dobbs case only effected abortion, (Roe / Casey) and no other cases.
Thomas said the Dobbs decision sets up reversing other cases like Obergerfell, Lawrence, Griswold, Loving et al.
