obama EXTENDED ALL OF THE BUSH TAX CUTS; even for the top earners; then made 98% of them PERMANENT and allowed HIS EXTENSION, made when OBAMA STILL HAD DEM-MAJORITIES IN BOTH CHAMBERS, to expire.
