Biden AND Pence documents ended up forgotten at their homes.

Trump did not clear all of those boxes of documents, especially the Nuclear and other ones to be taken AFTER he left the WH.

It is not allowed for any President to take government documents with them AFTER they leave the WH. But Trump has more than once said that those documents, Top Secret, Classified, etc were HIS.


He has confessed during the CNN Town Hall. He confessed again after the indictment of taking them because it was his RIGHT to do it.


He did NOT have right to take any of those documents ONLY his personal papers and properties.
