GOOD GAWD THAT CITY IS SUCH A SHITHOLE.

Arent you the guy who was trying to tell everyone Rattler was the best QB of his draft class???
:abgg2q.jpg:

That is yet to be disproven.

When Vince Young won OROY, what did you have to say about those of us who panned him as a draft pick??

LOL!!

The problem is, whoever wins Saint QB, the supporting cast sucks...

He’s the best QB from his draft but 4-5 QBs from his draft are currently starting on better teams and he’s competing against 4-6th round picks for a roster spot….

I think Derrick Carr finally out up a good game fight his very last game for NO when the blew out his shoulder along the sidelines tackle. He's done now//

retired...
done.

NO had about the worst offseason I've ever seen. With the FO telling new HC Kellen Moore to move on from Carr, Moore insisted on keeping him, which ended up costing NO $10 mil for nothing. Their top 10 pick at OT is likely an OG in the NFL, will not stop good NFL edge rushers. In a Draft loaded at WR and RB, they did virtually nothing. But they did get a QB, never mind he's been "broken" twice (broken bones) and spent 7 years in college... and behind this OL, he won't last 5 games. Maybe the plan is to "suck for Arch" which is even more hilarious, given it is unlikely Arch will come out in 2026, and quite possible that Arch is just about the most overhyped player in the history of college football...

Bruh, you think k Rattler is the best QB in a draft with

Williams starter
Daniels starter
Maye starter
Penix starter
McCarthy starter
Nix starter

Your qb talent evaluation cred is suspect to say the least

Daniels is the only one so far to show high end NFL starting capability. History says running QBs in NFL do not last long. The kid is a player and is definitely above Rattler so far.

Williams has not shown much at all.

Maye was a disaster last year, albeit with a terrible supporting cast.
Penix got his feet wet, but is like 30 years old with a horrible injury history.
McCarthy got hurt, hasn't played yet, but has a GREAT supporting cast
Nix is a limited system QB who may go ZERO for January for his entire career

Ok

And they are all STARTERS not competing against 6th round picks for roster spots. Unlike your boy

What round was Shough picked??
I have no idea. know which teams aren’t picking QBs?

Chicago, Washington, Atlanta, Denver, NE, Minny…..

Meanwhile NO is drafting QBs and bringing in trash no one else wants to compete for tbe starting job. But I’m sure Rattler is the best QB of his draft class….

2nd round, MORON...

2nd round, MORON...
Dekkers undrafted
Haener. 4th

Aside from that.

NO having drafted the best QB in a very strong QB class last year selected another QB with their 2nd rd pick this year. Because they are so stacked at every position. Right?

Assuming you think the new HC is a QB guru...

His first decision was to keep Carr..

LOL!!!

So Rattler, a 5th, competes against a 2nd and a 4th....

Why would you assume that? I've not once mention Moore positively or negatively.

Your contention is that Rattler is the best QB of his class. Where he was drafted is irrelevant.

Correct, I have more fodder for you this year...

Didn't watch it, but others said the Saint OL was getting whooped so fast, Spencer and the rest were just running for their lives the whole game...

Saints #1 players seemed to play heads up pretty good vs. SD (pretty good first half?). Rattler did not look so good. Shough throwing looks better but I he had some INT to let SD win going away if I remember right. I don't know? I am not sure Rattler is the answer? Not much improvement over last year.

Key moments from the game included:
  • The Chargers' rookie cornerback Eric Rogers returned an interception 43 yards for a touchdown.
  • Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough connected with wide receiver Mason Tipton for a 54-yard touchdown for the Saints' first touchdown of the preseason.
  • The Chargers' run defense allowed 148 yards and two touchdowns on 4.4 yards per carry against the Saints.
  • The Saints committed seven penalties for 56 yards and were sacked five times.
  • Trey Lance, who was competing for a quarterback position with the Chargers, led the team in rushing with 48 yards on seven carries.
