Turns out she's been a Congresswoman of Hawaii's 2nd district for six years.

That's not much of an accomplishment.

She should wait until she's accomplished something before she runs for President.

She was one of the first bigger candidates to announce their candidacy, and was all over the news for weeks. The fact that you seem to be the only person who hasn't heard of her until today doesn't mean she hasn't done anything.
