a pardon doesn't erase a crime, the crime still happned. It's just an acceptance of guilt, and forgivness from the executive for the crime.

Jim Jordan didn't say that,they admitted it when they accepted a pardon from xiden.

It should be noted that Jordan was referred to the House Ethics Committee, and they found nothing he did was wrong.
