Who shall investigate the investigators (a J6 committee update)!

They did not prosecute anyone.

Not hardly. they are protected by the Constitution. I know that means nothing to MAGA.
There entire prob was a political prosecution, people were jailed by their star chamber

No, the Constitution does not allow them to obstruction investigations. The coming and going clause you quoted doesn't allow that. You are clueless

I asked what congressional republicans were jailed and you gave me those two names. That indicates you believe they were congressional republicans. Is your reading comprehension inadequate for this discussion?
I gave you the names of two Republicans jailed by the Demafacsit for contempt of congess.
Not sure why you think you have to be a member of Congress to be held in Contempt or are you suggesting members of Congess can't be held in Contempt?

and why do you think that? provide the law that says members of Congress are exempt....I'll wait.

I asked for names of congressional republicans. Why did you respond with names of people who were not congressional republicans?

Did you not understand my question?

Yeah, I don't understand your question,...that's why I asked, you to explain youself....and you seem to have a hard time doing that....

No, they needed a pardon to protect them from what Trump will do.
If they committed no crimes then the pardon isn't needed. But Cheney DID destroy evidence.

That IS a crime. So you are admitting that at least one member of the committee committed crimes while serving.

Correct?

Yeah, I don't understand your question,...that's why I asked, you to explain youself....and you seem to have a hard time doing that....
If you didn’t understand the question, you should have asked me to clarify instead of giving a false response.

I’ll ask again. Which congressional Republicans, that is republicans who have been a part of the legislative branch, have been jailed?

I honestly don’t think I can make that question any more straight forward. If you can’t answer it, you just aren’t smart enough to be having this discussion.

All kinds of impediments put in the way of bringing these hoaxing witch hunters to justice but now it’s underway !!!!!!

I did ask you to clarify....i've asked a number of times.

Why do you think only members of Congress can be held in Contempt? Why do you think that? Since 2008, to my knowledge Congress has referrred 10 people to the DOJ for criminal contempt, only the Xiden political prosecutors ever look for an indictment, and that was only of two people, both republicans.

Nothing you asked below has anything to do with clarifying the question that I asked. They’re all just regular old questions that I’ll be happy to answer as soon as you answer mine.

Are you incapable of answering the very simply question honesty?

what was dishonest about my answer, I've repeatedly told you that there are two people, held in criminal contempt of congress, I named them, they are both republicans.

Now, why is it so hard for you to clarifiy your question, by answering mine?

The committee got preemptive pardons because they broke the law.

One can reject a preemptive pardon. The only reason to accept is you know you are guilty.

what was dishonest about my answer
I asked which congressional republicans went to jail.

You answered with two people you knew weren’t congressional republicans.

That’s dishonest.

Do you not understand the meaning of the word “congressional Republicans”?

If the answer is “no congressional republicans went to jail” then just admit and we can move on.

Did Cheney destroy evidence? I have no idea but you'll understand if I don't just take your word for it.

yeah I am not sure what you mean by "congressional Republicans" both people I mentioned are Republicans, and were jailed for being held in contempt of congressional actions.

Are you asking have any members of Congress been held in criminal contempt and jailed? none that I know of, and certainly none since 2008. I am not sure why that's relevant....I think it's good that members of Congress haven't committed that crime yet. I do hope it doesn't happen in the future, but that's yet to be seen.

Did Cheney destroy evidence? I have no idea but you'll understand if I don't just take your word for it.
Yes, she PROVABLY did. Feel free to look it up.

No, they needed a pardon to protect them from what Trump will do.
Trump made them commit crimes against the United States for which they need a pardon?

That's a weird statement
In English, the verb 'will' indicates the future. In this case, they needed a pardon, not for what they did in the past but to protect them from what Trump will do in the future.

I hope that is clearer.
