You said it was made “out of thin air” and as I understand the idiom, it means that you don’t believe the information within the video and that you consider the possibility of it being “lies”. Is that right – do I understand you correctly? So, if you think it’s just lies (and I’ll assume you don’t have any proof to back it up) then you must AT LEAST have a reason for believing it’s not true. Of course you do.
