Who moderaters the moderators?

I have a feeling a yet to be named moderator has it in for me. However as they are deleting my posts for nefarious and false reasons and they do it anonymously, how can one lodge a proper protest? So who moderates and checks the moderators or is this indeed a banana republic ?
