Lack of moderates among Palestinian Islamo-Arabs [Sodom] - forced humane Israel into a dangerous hostage deal.

01.17.25

This is about the agreement to a bad deal in principle, forced by the situation, though the pressed on a date [per US politics, optics on Jan/20 inauguration] probably made a bad deal, worse.

GAZANS

The horrors of Oct/7 led by Islamic-Caliphate-seeking genocidal Hamas (who succeeded as a result, after Israel gave all Gaza away in 2005, the terror entity which controls Gaza Ministry of Health which provides false data to media) by some 6,000 -- suffocating families hiding in shelters, raping while shouting in ecstasy 'Allah hu akbar' and demoniacs laughs; beheadings, body mutilations; burning families alive -- had included also: the sick cheering by masses in Gaza receiving the hostages. The twisted jubilation.

The searing question is: where are the moderate Arabs?

1930s-1940s Arab-Palestine legacy.

It's logical to assume that, hypothetically, if the inventor of genocidal "adbakh al Yahud' some nine years before agitating to the butchering accompanied with rapes of Haredi non-Zionist pious Jews in Hebron, two decades before becoming Hitler's Mufti - Haj Amin al- Husseini via his gangs (which included Ahmad Shukeiri who even assisted in assassination of his brother Dr. Anwar) had not massacred the thousands of moderate Arabs between 1936-1939, the Feb 1941 poll by Sari Sakakini would not have shown as it did: 88% Arab-Palestine for Nazis, (though 23 May 1937 NYT reporting showed pro Hitler, how all Arabs celebrated Muhammad's birthday). CIA report Aug-1942 also showed a majority guilty.

It seems, looking back at history, the guilty mainstream there, never ceased since - at least considerably. So was the 1947/1948 explanation by Arab Higher Committee’s Jamal Husseini on Arab objection to Israel as a State - because it will interrupt the "Arab race", through: 'Mein Kampf' a bestseller since 1999; mixture of: Holocaust denial on one hand and despicable comparisons to fighting on the other with Nazi glorification in-between - 'Swastika-Palestine'; 2014 93% of Arab Palestinians anti-Semitic (ADL poll); 2015 reported shameless 'Hitler' store so popular there - destroyed by IDF in 2023, and the present situation: as it is today.

[And just who are the main agitators for anti-Jewish racism in the West, today, "Buddhist" immigrants ya think?]

The talk about de-radicalizing Gaza, isn't just talk. It's THE issue.

No one is born a racist. Excuse the pun, but Arab-Islamic-Palestine textbooks are textbook racism, and deaths glorification [in their jargon "martyrdom"], continuing with officials media official linked sermons. That goes for "moderate" PA too, of course.

IMAGINE

Imagine had there been a considerable moderate part in Gaza, if the answer is that everyone is afraid, naturally, of the brutal regime, but at least a protest through poll.

But no.

Public opinion on Gaza's regime Hamas among Palestinian Arabs living there, has been mixed throughout the war, with some polls showing a significant decline in support for the terrorist group due to the deprivations of the war, and some polls showing enduring support for Hamas continuing to rule or at least making the right decision in launching the October 7 attack. Yet, most polls conducted by "Palestinian" polling firms show more support for Hamas as well as its decision to launch the October 7 attack in Judea and Samaria compared to in Gaza. Nevertheless, at least a significant portion of Gazans want Hamas to stay.
That, after all the destruction it has caused, triggering the war to begin with, mingling among civilians, controlling aid.
Not to mention the general, always brutality and torturous dictatorship throughout.

Of course terrorists' continued use of civilians is boosted by fuel flooding from protests with drama slurs and media broadcasting graphic imagery. But what are most Gazans' simple personal priorities, aspirations?

[As a whole, the Arab "Palestinians" are not terribly diverse. It's so amazing how Israelophobes, gleefully, will choose to cite Israelis only who criticize their own government and the many organizations with some, at least on the exterior, portraying themselves as for human tights (still very politically motivated in they hyperbolic charges), but can never cite parts of the Arab Palestine side, any equivalent.
BTW, the southern Israelis victims on Oct/7, were peace-nicks, many - activists for the Arabs, and even while being attacked, reminding the Arabs that they are 'friends,' they still murdered them].

Rejoicing by brainwashed Arab kids shouting 'Mohammed Deif' -- Oct/7 mastermind No. 2 -- in public, as hostage deal was announced, doesn't give much hope.

AJA President Dr David Adler asked a question not asked publicly by others and which has become even more relevant. The article, written before the hostage deal, published by the Spectator magazine days later:
"Where are the righteous of Gaza?
Glorifying jihadists has created a populace that supports terrorism."
'The most distressing aspect of Israel’s prolonged defensive war against the barbaric Hamas terrorists is the plight of the remaining 100 hostages in Gaza. Recent testimonies from released hostages provide an insight into the dreadful conditions which hostages endured. There is evidence of beatings, starvation, sexual abuse and confinement in underground tunnels with minimal light and poor air quality.'

It's not just that crimes against humanity perpetrated by journalists including Al-Jazeera's, UNRWA guys, and doctors, but there wasn't even one righteous person to be found.
One.

It reminds Abraham pleading with Almighty Creator in Genesis 18 to spare Sodom, giving his last shot: "And he said: 'Oh, let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak yet but this once. Peradventure ten shall be found there.' And He said: 'I will not destroy it for the ten's sake.'"

ISRAELIS: ONE BIG FAMILY'S DILEMMA AND FACING THE 'DEATH CULT'

So Israel was facing internal pressure from Israelis, who are like one big family and one cares for each other and moved by love and emotions for hostage families.
This humanity overpowered in the dilemma of releasing butchers amidst trembling fear of what's to come, learning hard, very bloody lessons from releasing over 1,000 Arab terrorists in exchange for 1 Israeli soldier, in the Yigal Shalit deal, years ago. Most notoriously, Yahya Sinwar, the very masterminded Oct/7 massacres.

Sinwar, the admittedly willing to sacrifice 100,000 Arab Palestinians in order to stay in power (as testified by a dentist treating him), and as revealed (per WSJ report June 10, 2024) in his messages, a calculated strategy for maximize Arab Palestinian casualties for its goals.

How sad it is, that the non-Israel side is trying to boast about a "victory," after losing so many people, which includes also non-combatants.

You ******* MAGA MAGGOT you turn a blind to those murders and you are happy to do it.

YOU do not get to select has your very own "Right To Life". The "Right To Life" means exactly that, THE RIGHT TO ******* LIFE! When you and your perverted friends start to decide who does have the very much non-existent "Right To Life", it is no longer a right.

Let’s not forget, once the attack was launched, thousands of everyday Palestinians also joined Hamas in the barbarism that occurred on Oct. 7, and some even took hostages, which were handed over once inside Gaza.

True. And when I said I don’t want Biden to bring the Palestinians to America given how hateful and violent they are toward Jews, a liberal called me a bigot.

We don’t want or need Palestinians in our country for the same reason Arab countries don’t.

You were so right

I would ordinarily be concerned that this bad deal - forcing Israel to release thousands the Islamic terrorists - would just allow HAMAS to rebuild…..but……there’s a KEY difference, which Israel has undoubtedly factored in:

In less than 48 hours, Trump will be president. He will reestablish the progress made with the Abraham Accords, with more and more reasonable Arab countries establishing diplomatic relations ships with Israel - thereby making the Palestinians and the Terrorism Funder (Iran) irrelevant and isolated and weak.

"They tortured us for fun. Sometimes they would light pieces of paper on fire to suck up the small amount of oxygen from the tunnel. We would choke and have to lie on the floor to avoid suffocating."

Tal Shoham wrote for TIME magazine:

“Some mornings I wake up and forget, for a split second, that I’m free. Then I remember the silence. The darkness. The wet concrete. And the two young men who were lying beside me, deep underground, who are still there. Their names are Evyatar David and Guy Dalal.
We were held together, along with Omer Wenkert, for eight and a half months in a Hamas tunnel—just 40 ft. long, less than 3 ft. wide. We slept on soaked mattresses, shared a single pita a day, and took turns whispering stories from home to keep ourselves sane. We were strangers when we entered that darkness. But we became brothers.
Time feels different now. I carry it more carefully. Because I know how quickly time can run out—and how brutal each passing day is for those still living in captivity.
I spent 505 days as a hostage—held deep beneath the ground. We were watched constantly by a surveillance camera.
A bomb was planted above us, rigged to detonate if Israeli forces came too close. We were told we would be blown up if anyone tried to save us. We were threatened, degraded, and at times tortured—not treated as people, but as objects to be controlled and broken.

The Pinsker Centre.
REPORT: Hamas and Human Shields
23 Nov, 2023.
Since the outbreak of the war between Israel and Hamas after the October 7th Massacres, Hamas has consistently used tactics that put unarmed civilians at risk of death or injury. Hamas has a long history of using the people of Gaza as human shields to protect their terrorist leaders from Israeli strikes, and even operates its command center under the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

How has Hamas used civilians to protect its leaders?
Since Hamas took power in the Gaza Strip in 2007 after a bloody war with Fatah, the terrorist organization has utilized human shield tactics such as putting entrances to terror tunnels in residential buildings, hiding rockets to fire indiscriminately at Israeli civilians in schools, hospitals, and mosques, and even publicly calling on its own civilians to climb onto the roofs of Hamas officials’ homes to ward off Israeli strikes.

As the current war expands in the Gaza Strip, Hamas has not strayed away from its traditional tactics. In one instance, it launched a barrage of rockets from a diplomatic building, which was just across the street from a UN-run school for Gaza children. The IDF has revealed an increasing and troubling use of UN facilities for its war against Israel– although the UN has condemned Hamas’s use of the tactic since the 2012 war, the terror group has continued using UN schools, offices, and hospitals to stash and launch rockets at Israeli civilians.

The Gazan people are victims of this war, but not from Israeli aggression. Hamas repeatedly puts the people of Gaza in the line of fire to protect its own terrorists, and the intricate tunnel network under Gaza reflects that. While the terrorists get to hide in bunkers from bombardment, the Gazans are indefensibly shuttled above command centers to deter Israeli airstrikes and to create mass casualty events. Ultimately, Hamas has weaponized the innocent people of Gaza and turned them into expendable pawns to advance terrorism.

Has Hamas broken international law by using human shields?
International humanitarian law is unequivocally against the use of human shields, and Hamas’s actions even invalidate protective status that is normally given to civilian locations in war. The 4th Hague Convention, one of the tenets of Treaty Law on the laws of armed conflict, clearly states that protected status should be granted to cultural, religious, medical, and other civilian sites, but it also clearly states that such protection is only given “provided they are not being used at the time for military purposes.” Moreover, the Geneva Conventions also state similar directives: civilian, cultural, and medical facilities are protected as long as they are not used “to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts harmful to the enemy.” Although certainly not the fault of Gazan civilians, many of their crucial humanitarian sites are now weaponized by Hamas as military targets. Putting rockets in hospitals, mosques, and schools only creates unnecessary hurt for the people of Gaza, but this is due to the actions of Hamas.

Max Boot:
I’ve read student protesters’ manifestos. This is ugly stuff. Clueless, too.
Cosplaying pro-Palestinian activists on campuses are repeating the mistakes of the 1960s.

Washington Post. May 6, 2024.

As a journalist for the Daily Californian, the university’s independent, student-run newspaper, I covered a lot of protests for causes as varied as divesting from South Africa, ending U.S. proxy wars in Central America, getting the ROTC off campus and staying out of the 1991 Gulf War (“no blood for oil”). But underlying all of the transitory passions of the day, I detected a powerful nostalgia for the 1960s — that heady era when mere students could imagine they were heroic figures in the vanguard of historical change. It often felt as if the students of my generation were simply historical reenactors of past glories for whom the act of protest was more important than the causes for which they protested.

... today’s pro-Palestinian protesters are their own worst enemies; they have even been reenacting some of the excesses of the past, such as briefly occupying Columbia’s Hamilton Hall last week before police cleared them out. The students are not succeeding in forcing universities to divest from Israel, and even if they were, it wouldn’t have much impact on Israel’s economy.

Instead, the demonstrations are making an in-kind contribution to former president Donald Trump’s campaign by fostering an erroneous impression that the country is out of control and requires his authoritarian rule to restore “law and order.” The damage will only grow if demonstrators disrupt this year’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago in August as they did the one there in 1968...

The protesters are usually described as being opposed to the war in Gaza and in favor of Palestinian rights. In truth, the groups organizing these protests are opposed to the very existence of what they call the “Zionist project.” As a manifesto from Columbia University Apartheid Divest, endorsed by 94 student groups, states: “The brutal onslaught over the last month is but another chapter in over 75 years of violence, dispossession, and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people.” No mention, naturally, of all the violence perpetrated against Israel, including the horrifying Hamas attack on Oct. 7 and the Iranian drone and missile strike on April 13.

The manifesto goes on to endorse “the Right of Return” for Palestinian refugees who have fled Israel since its creation in 1948. Allowing 7 million Palestinians — most of them the descendants of refugees — to move to Israel (with its 7 million Jewish and 2 million Arab residents) would be a death knell for Israel as a Jewish state. The protesters’ slogan “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is a call not for a two-state solution but for a single Palestinian state — and a mass exodus of Jews.

Note how one-sided all of this is: While denouncing alleged Israeli atrocities[sic], the manifesto has not one word of censure for Hamas or its brutal tactics, which include seizing hostages and perpetrating sexual violence, in addition to committing wholesale murder. Indeed, even though the protesters claim to care about Palestinian lives, they do not denounce Hamas for stealing international aid to build its tunnels and missiles or for using civilians as human shields. They call for Israel to stop fighting but not for Hamas to release its hostages or surrender.

The protesters’ agenda does not end in the Middle East; indeed, the movement’s ideologues see Israel as merely an “imperial outpost in the Arab world,” even though Jews have lived in the area since antiquity.

Hamas’ rule in Gaza has been disastrous for both Arabs and Israelis.

Commentary.
By Ariel and Rena Cohen.
The Washington Times, January 28, 2025.

Hamas’ rule in Gaza has been disastrous for both Arabs and Israelis. Hamas will continue to be an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, a worldwide Islamist group intent on rebuilding a caliphate, an Islamic empire. These terrorists and their paymasters will not abandon jihad, a “holy war” to destroy the Jewish state, kill the Jews, and then turn against Europe and the United States.

Almost immediately after the ceasefire was announced, masked and uniform-clad terrorists emerged from Gaza’s tunnels, weapons in hand, reclaiming control of the strip. They have already killed six locals and shot a score more. They are poised to exploit the remaining hostages and the Gaza civilians as their human shields. They will return to seizing aid and selling it to the people at exorbitant prices while glorifying the bloodshed, torture, rape, violence and abductions of Oct. 7. 2023. They have already promised to repeat it...

Emirati Political Analyst: We Must Remove The Extremist Hamas From Power In Gaza...
MEMRI. April 21, 2025
Palestinians, United Arab Emirates | Special Dispatch No. 11935

In his March 22, 2025 column in the Saudi news portal Elaph, titled "Hamas and the Strategy of Collective Suicide," Emirati political analyst Salem Al-Ketbi accused Hamas of espousing an extremist ideology and of provoking Israel into an all-out war in Gaza despite being aware that it is the Gazan civilians who would pay the price. As part of its extremist outlook, he said, Hamas uses civilians as human shields, places its military facilities in dense population centers and in hospitals and schools, commandeers the humanitarian aid delivered to Gaza and uses the suffering of the Gazans to gain political leverage – all while its leaders live abroad in fancy hotels and villas.

Hamas’s Human Shields: The Truth the World Ignores.
Sabine Srerk. Mar 8, 2025.
In a world where truth is a matter of perspective rather than fact, a strange and dangerous illusion takes hold. The world has seen terror before, but never has it been so skillfully disguised as victimhood. Hamas, a group known for its brutality, rules over Gaza with an iron grip—not as protectors of their people, but as their captors. They do not build schools to educate or hospitals to heal. Instead, they build tunnels, stretching for miles beneath the city.

But these tunnels are not for sheltering civilians from war; they are for smuggling weapons, for ambushes, for terror. Yet when war comes, the civilians have nowhere to run. Hamas makes sure of that. They fire rockets from schoolyards, knowing return fire will bring destruction. They store weapons in hospitals, ensuring that any military response leads to tragic images of wounded innocents. They turn their own people into shields, yet the world only sees the suffering—not those responsible for it.
And the world believes…

When Hamas hijacks aid trucks, stealing food meant for their own people, they blame Israel for the famine. When their tunnels remain empty of refugees but full of armed militants, they cry of Israeli cruelty. When their leaders live in luxury abroad while their people starve, they point the finger not at themselves, but at the Jews. And the world believes…

Journalists, afraid of reprisals, report only what Hamas allows them to see. Politicians, eager for approval, repeat the lies without question. Protesters in far-off cities, disconnected from reality, march in rage—against the very people fighting to defend themselves. And what about the hostages?

There are no records to support allegations of ethnic cleansing or "land grabs" by Jews, but there are records of Jews buying large tracks of land from wealthy Arab families and of Arabs ethnic cleansing of Jews from Palestine. The 1948 war was intended to ethnically cleanse all Jews from Palestine.

We both know Israel is going after the "criminals" and that's why the IDF warns noncombatants to vacate the area before every attack.

If over eighty percent of the population of Los Angeles rabidly supported the MS-13 gangsters and provided aid and comfort, allowing the terrorist gangsters to build command posts, store munitions and make attacks from public and private buildings, YES. Just like the Allies bombed German and Japanese cities in WWII because the populations were supporting the Axis war machine.

Not only ethnic cleansing from Palestine, but Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, the UAE and Libya as well. The Jews in all those countries were either killed or expelled with nothing but the clothes on their backs with all their properties and possessions seized by the Muslims.
