Who makes up the 20 million "uninsured" now on Obamacare? MEDICAID eligibles Before ACA!

Republicans have failed to disguise the reality that they are trying to cancel their constituents' healthcare coverage.

Enhanced premium tax credits for ACA Marketplace plans are at the center of the government shutdown, with Republicans refusing to budge on extending them after this year.

Mike Johnson state and district. Sad that no one runs against this fool.

Why is managed care still part of it?... we were told that would not be the case... that insurance companies were dead... managed care would be gone... do you like being lied to?...
Show us in the law where managed care would not be a part of ACA? Managed care has been around for decades and will continue. PPO's, HMO's.

Although Clinton tried the Medicare Advantage route it really fizzled out until Bush
If you have a bone to pick with Medicare Advantage go back to the Medicare Act of 2003 and talk to George. He expanded it and Part D.

Pelosi said she would end health insurance companies and managed care... she said it over and over again... that we would all enjoy top tier health coverage...

Republicans are trying to save medicare by cutting off people who are not citizens of the USA and who are healthy enough to work... but won't... dems will continue to print money and throw at it and it will bankrupt the system even more than it is today...

Republicans frequently said the ACA would end private insurance because they were lying.
They said that because Pelosi and Obama said it... but Pelosi and Obama were lying...
What the ACA did was increase costs for everyone...
If you go back to that time... no one was clambering for the end of the health system... it was bottom of the list for what the people wanted... it was shoved down our throats... I bet you thought it would be free didn't you...it will never be free... unless you are an illegal alien in CA...

When was that? Never heard that before.

The uninsurables before obamacare along with provider costs going up has raised the prices damn near out of reach if you don't receive a subsidy.

No, they didn’t. You’re attributing anti-ACA propaganda to them for some reason. They were pro-ACA as I recall.

What the ACA did was increase costs for everyone...

Health care cost growth has literally never been lower than in the decade and a half of the ACA era.

If you go back to that time... no one was clambering for the end of the health system...

I suspect no one will ever “end the health system,” that seems like a bizarre idea.

When was that? Never heard that before.
Of course you never heard that... you watch fake news...
In 2009 and 2010, during the debate over the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Pelosi publicly criticized health insurance companies. She made statements like, "The glory days are coming to an end for the health insurance industry

Why would republicans support an end to health insurance?... it makes no sense...

Obama and the dems ruined healthcare... people can't afford it today... yet you demtards want to keep rolling down the track... why?...
My friend had to be transported in an ambulance to Phoenix AZ a two and a half hour drive... the cost was 93 thousand dollars to his insurance company... he had to pay 20% of that... look what you idiots have done...

Healthcare will never be free or affordable... you dems made sure of that...

Per capita health costs haven’t risen as a portion of per capita income in the U.S. since the ACA passed 15 years ago. That abrupt halt came after half a century of steadily rising and eating up more and more of people’s incomes.

If health care has become less affordable for people over that period, that’s a story of rising income inequality, not rising health care costs.

But did she say managed care that had been for decades was ending? Back in 2009-2010 I didn't watch hardly any news and did not have fox, cnn, or msnbc and still don't. Just basic cable here. I pay attention to insurance journals and forums. But all the dems had it in for insurance companies and pretty much still do. The pubs loved the insurance companies back then and most still do.
