Who makes up the 20 million "uninsured" now on Obamacare? MEDICAID eligibles Before ACA!

The Obamacare ACA is failing just like we predicted... Pelosi promised to put healthcare insurance companies out of business... how did she do?....
The Affordable Care Act wins nearly 60% support among the public for its expansion of healthcare benefits to millions of Americans...The poll comes with the highest number of Americans ever signed up for individual coverage under the ACA, also known as Obamacare, which has been purchased by more than 20 million Americans for the 2024 coverage year.
Once again, if Trump succeeds in slashing Medicaid and ACA healthcare coverage for tens of millions of Americans, how will they afford coverage?

Nothing changes the fact that the Republican budget will DOUBLE Ocare premiums

Why is managed care still part of it?... we were told that would not be the case... that insurance companies were dead... managed care would be gone... do you like being lied to?...

ACA was and is a massive fraud
I'm covered by the VA but my 89 year old ex mother in law is on medicare and she chose an advantage plan supplement and part D for drugs... if it were not for my ex wife and myself she would not get the drugs and care she needs... she needs an expensive cholesterol drug that cost 800 per month because the advantage plan won't cover it... the ACA was a lie and a way to cover lazy people... and now the dems want to also cover non citizens??? they must be crazy...

Our health coverage was once 100 percent covered by my husband's employer insurance. That went out the window after the ACA.

I feel your pain

My uncle worked his entire life and paid taxes and paid into medicare... he had a heart attack ten years or so ago.. and needs medicine to stay alive... he is 76 years old and applied for medicare and also could only afford an advantage plan which is crappy managed care... well he has had to go back to work to get better coverage from his employer as illegal aliens in his state (CA) gets free healthcare... He use to be a democrat... he switched parties because of that...

I'm not interested in your personal opinion of the ACA.

Yet again, if Trump succeeds in slashing Medicaid and ACA coverage for tens of millions of Americans, how will those who lose coverage afford healthcare?

Trump has nothing to do with it... its the senate that can't get a deal... its Schumer who is scared of AOC that is causing this...

Your persona prejudices are irrelevant.

After they have been deprived of Medicaid and ACA supplemental premiums by Trump,, millions of Americans will lose healthcare coverage.

As Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene admitted, "When the tax credits expire this year my own adult children’s insurance premiums for 2026 are going to DOUBLE, along with all the wonderful families and hard-working people in my district.”

How will Republicans allow Americans to continue to afford their coverage?

Trump toadies are unable to honestly answer this vital question.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act will lead to an increase in the number of uninsured individuals by 10 million by 2034. This increase is primarily due to changes in Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplaces, with significant cuts to federal spending on these programs

... prominent cracks are emerging in the GOP’s resistance to extending ObamaCare subsidies...
And the developments have boosted the Democrats’ confidence that they’ll be able to maintain their unified front, both in opposing the GOP’s short-term spending bill and demanding an extension of ObamaCare tax credits, which remains the issue at the center of the deadlock.

Perhaps you'll read the actual CBO rather than the propaganda put out by your party

YOU think your cult gives a flying **** about Americans' healthcare? LOL

“Every day gets better for us”
I know that slashing healthcare coverage for millions of their constituents is a big loser for Republicans - which is why they lied about Democrats and coverage for illegal aliens, but their lie has collapsed.

Republicans have failed to disguise the reality that they are trying to cancel their constituents' healthcare coverage.

Chip Roy: Republicans in Congress ‘running afraid’ on health care

Enhanced premium tax credits for ACA Marketplace plans are at the center of the government shutdown, with Republicans refusing to budge on extending them after this year.

Why Republicans are slowly acknowledging that they screwing themselves by clinging to Trump's desire to deprive Americans of their healthcare coverage:

Americans living in Republican-run states, where Medicaid had not been expanded, took advantage of those cheaper rates by a wider margin than their counterparts living in Democratic-run states.

Data from the Kaiser Family Foundation: In red states there was a “157% increase in the number of people in the marketplaces, versus 36% in blue states -That kind of data is likely a motivating factor for some Republicans, who are starting to break with their party over the shutdown.

“That’s why Marjorie Taylor Greene is so exercised about this ... because it is heavily a red state phenomenon,” he said.
