Who Made Life In The U.S. Unaffordable?

First off, it was Biden and the Democrats who had a four year inflation rate total of about 20%. So, when Trump has like 2.8% inflation, it gets added onto the inflation we already had under Democrats. So, prices under Trump are 22.8% higher than prices were four years ago. Then, you have to also consider that the blue states are the ones with higher prices and Trump can't do that much for blue state inflation. Democrats own that.

The Democrats have decided that “affordability” is the issue that will win the next election cycle. Are they daft? The most unaffordable states and cities in the country are Democrat strongholds.
Been getting less affordable for MANY MANY years. NO matter what political party has had the most control.
IF your a WORKING or retired WORKING person who was earning 25 to 50 thousand a year early on, or less than 100 thousand now.
Your money is DEFENITLY not keeping up with your needs.
But check out the amount of Billionaires we now have running it, or their MONEY used towards influencing our government
Towards their wants.

If the mooching sponge losers took every dollar the billionaires earned it wouldn't even cover the deficit spending which 99% benefits the mooching sponge losers.
The gross assets of all Americans far far far far overwhelms those 150 billionaires but lying lib loons like to try and pretend Exactly the reverse

No. Trump used a litany of democrat policies that are still 80/20 issues with democrats on the 20 side to get elected, the biggest of those being that Kamala was simply unelectable.
Trump ran on cost of living and promised to fix it on day one.

He has until Nov 26 to show results or Republicans will pay

Those billionaires have more wealth than 150 million Americans

Democrats love to demonize and blame others for their own failures. Dems FUBAR the whole damn country then try to shift the blame to 'billionaires'. They use to demonize billionaires but then their corrupt rats in congress because multi-millionaires scamming money.

You literally asked me how many -I- knew.

My question:
Who said life in the US in unaffordable?
Based on what?
Not unaffordable for the very rich, do you not notice the growth in the ultra rich,.
As COMPAIRED to hard working younger people who cant afford to buy homes, & many struggle just to pay the rent?

If I have to place the blame for making America unaffordable, I would have to place it on Ronald Reagan.

He placed us on the path of Supply Side Economics and the abandonment of unions.

Since Reagan, more wealth has been shifted to the ultra wealthy, wages and benefits have been stagnant for working Americans and the contribution of corporations and the wealthy has been slashed

How do you define "very / ultra rich"?
America is affordable enough for me to be looking to buy a K2500 pick-up to haul my Trans Am when the wife and I go out of state for vacation.
WAY MORE, than what you or I can afford.
But on a kinder note, Maybe we could talk about how are different Opinions came to be.
That would be interesting?

Dummy I am well aware of historic macroeconomic data. I've been looking at it for decades for *****'s sakes.

So what are you arguing?

That high inflation does not matter because there was high inflation at some points before? :cuckoo:
In both your posts I replied to you made it sound like it was all Trump's fault and his alone.
You made false accusations and failed to produce evidence that would support your errors.
I've provided data/links to prove you are wrong, and biased, and likely a liar - DUMMY !

Thats a one sided analysis that doesn't have the context of Trump policy contribution.

Trump's new spending was way higher than Biden's, so obviously if we blame inflation on fiscal policy then he is clearly the worst offender, especially considering that inflation started exploding well before Biden's additional spending actually had a chance to get into economy.

Trump inherited the Obama contribution, which was built upon the Clinton mess.

And yet, I obviously find America affordable.
Thus, the question asked in the OP is invalid.
Thanks, got what you were trying to tell me.
Good question. We, are OLD. that could make some difference in how we see things
What our expectations use to be & what they are now.
