I would like to read something detailed, for a professional level. They say that this method appeared in Russia (Verkhoshansky method), but there is very little literature on this topic in Russian. Therefore, I would read in English.

I suspect that in addition to reactivity, the impact itself is also important there. I think that the impact enhances the reactive effect, sometimes I feel it. What do you think about this?
