Who is to blame for Trump? You really want to know?

Which generally echoes what I said. Except, evangelicals with this election have forever been outed as not Christians.

You can't vote for this man, one of the most immoral people ever that says and does the things he does, and then claim to be a Christian.
You can't post and claim to have a brain. You are a hateful little bitch and think you can label people any way you want. It doesn't work that way Sport. Nobody elected you as God.

No. The people that CONSERVATIVES denigrate every day.

What are you talking about? You libs were boasting how Hil-Liar had the vote of college educated people. You used that as a cut-down of Trump. You know, all those who did not have a college education were sticking with him as if it were a bad thing; a reflection on how stupid Trump really is.

Don't lie about what I said.

Establishment conservatives are anti-union and thus by extension anti-labor.

Trump won by defying that aspect of conservatism. Trump won with votes that Republics have not been getting in the past.
Anti union isn't anti labor. The words labor and union mean two different things. Like most liberals you feel uniquely qualified to label things as you see fit.

Trump ran only many issues, you don't get to pick one and claim that's what it was all about. apart from the fact you misrepresented it in the first place.

Soi what makes you think that all blue collars are for unions? I'm blue collar, and I'm totally against unions. All of my coworkers are against unions. All of my blue collar friends are against unions.

He's trying to make the argument that because Trump isn't a saint, religious people should not have voted for him. But people of religion realized that only one of two candidates were going to take the seat of President, and they chose to vote for the candidate that closest resembles their beliefs.

If you don't mind the excessive profanity, this man puts it in to sharp focus who made Donald Trump the 45th President of the United States.

He may be right in some cases but the numbers indicate this was a whitelash against a Black POTUS. If you doubt it look at the polls before the election and explain why people said one thing and voted another?

This was a response from blue collar workers that your "black POTUS" ignored for eight years, Milkweed! You want to REALLY know why Hillary lost? Well, beside being the most corrupt candidate we've ever had running for office...it was because she lost the blue collar union vote in the Rust Belt. They didn't vote for her because they rightly perceived that she didn't represent them. Those were people who voted for Barack Obama not once but twice. They gave you progressives every opportunity to do right by them and your political leaders ignored them.

The man ranting in that video was spot on about people being afraid to voice their real opinions because modern day liberals accuse everyone who doesn't agree with THEIR views of being evil but he didn't seem to grasp the concept that the reason so many people DON'T agree with progressive policy is that progressive policy hasn't helped them and in many cases has hurt them badly.

The guy nails several points, although not all. One, when liberals do engage with conservatives in debate, and just stick to the facts, the majority of the time they lose. Hiding their true agenda is what liberals do best. Also, the establishment played a big part in getting Trump elected, republicans and democrats sick and tired of the corruption and cronyism in Washington, and Trump promised to drain the swamp, I think that was probably the single most powerful reason to vote for Trump, aside from immigration.

But yes, the left has become an incredibly vile, caustic, militant, arrogant, bigoted, racist, even dangerous bunch that does NOT allow ANYONE to disagree with them. If you do, then the INSULTS and ATTACKS commence. You need to get SHUT THE FUCK UP, so the guy is right. That will NOT win you votes, and it will NOT win you support, and it shows. The dems have been getting their asses handed to them in elections since 2010. The democrat party has never been weaker or in more disarray, and they can thank THEMSELVES for allowing it, for creating it, now they're reaping what they have sown.

Yes I know. But it's OK for a Christian to support a cocaine snorter that warmed the pew of a anti-American demagogue church for 20 years. Or vote for a corrupt politician that lies as freely as she speaks. I didn't see Jesus on the ballot though and Christians had to pick a human. Thank God they saw the big picture and came out for Trump instead of sitting at home waiting for God's will to unfold. Kudos to any pastors that motivated their congregations to go vote.

The dems and their agenda are to blame. Americans are sick of the division, a stagnant economy, floods of illegals coming in, the PC bullshit, etc. Instead of whining about Trump winning they should be analyzing why he won

The far left claiming that government is the answer to all your problems is what killed the Democratic Party.

The party is in shambles and until true liberals take back that party, the far left needs to expect that they will be in the minority for a very long time.

True... when the economy picks up, for a vast many reasons of things Trump proposes to do, people are NOT going to vote dem and go back to the horrendous obama agenda. When people have jobs, when they have affordable health care of their choice, when the economy is booming, illegals are no longer a problem, our military has been rebuilt and our respect has been restored world wide, people have more money in their pockets, small businesses are springing up all over, basically, TIMES ARE GOOD, we'll see 8 years of Trump without a doubt. The only way the left gets another foothold in Washington is hope another generation of ignorant voters come of age to vote and doesn't remember how bad it was under obama. Unfortunately that does happen, but still, they're going to have to put a damper on the insults and name calling and rioting. So long as they continue going with that, they're going to continue to see their party diminished, maybe right out of existence.

Who is to blame for Trump? You really want to know? The left. America has rejected their failed policies.

Wrong. Trump only won because he won 3 Democrat states in the rust belt.

He won them because he won the labor/union vote in those states. He won because Bernie Sanders didn't win.
You are a classic example of someone with an external locus of control.

No, I'm just some guy who can make an argument you can't refute.
No. Your argument is absurd. The people in the swing states rejected the policies of the past 8 years which were the policies of the left.

Free trade agreements are not a policy of the left. They are a Republican policy that some centrist Democrats have gone along with.

1992 - Bush vs Clinton vs Perot

Who were the anti-NAFTA players in that race?

There was only one. Ross Perot. Both Bush and Clinton supported NAFTA.

2012 - Obama vs. Romney - who were anti-NAFTA or other trade deal candidates? None.

2012 - Ohio - Obama wins the union vote by 23 points.
2016 - Ohio - TRUMP wins the union vote by 12 points.

Why? Because he took the left's position of protectionism. The Bernie Sanders position.

The only thing I would caution you on with that belief, 007 is what the response by the Left will be to this defeat. The mainstream media is still heavily tilted to the left and they will continue to filter the news as they have in the past. Our education system is also heavily tilted to the left and they will continue to indoctrinate young people. Civil servants are heavily tilted to the left and they will protect their "turf" at all costs.

Trump faces stiff opposition from people who's lives will be ruined if the average American's life is improved.

You seem to forget that Trump LOST the popular vote overall.

He won in the rust belt because he took the position that the GOVERNMENT needs to intervene in the free market in trade.

WTF are you talking about? Government already is involved in trade; always was.

Once again the far left shows us that they do not understand the Constitution or how the presidential election system works.

They will stay on their religious message yet prove why they are now the small minority.

So how many far left/Democrats have called to do away with the electoral college?

That's what we have now, and look what has happened. Thankfully more and more people are able cut through the leftist propaganda because there are more ways to get the news and be informed than just the leftist alphabet propaganda machine. We see them faltering as well. The NYT is on the verge of bankruptcy and this morning has apologized for it's election coverage. Granted, I'm sure that's a non sincere attempt to try and stay afloat, and as soon as they saw a little gain would be right back to their dirty leftist hack tricks. However, obama has stacked the system with thousands of his radical leftist agenda supporters while president. Trump will do the same only with conservatives and people that will defend law and order. It's a push back, and it's long overdue. Look at the NFL, viewership is way down and they're bleeding money like a sieve, and like the left not being able to say ISLAMIC TERRORISM, the NFL is refusing to admit that their viewership dive is because of the sanctimonious, over paid, spoiled players kneeling and whatnot disrespecting our national anthem and flag. So I do disagree to a point. If the left just keeps on with business as usual and being and acting as they have been, then I see their decline to continue, to the point where they could simply become irrelevant. People are rebelling against them, and that can spill right down into the schools too.

Most Democrats voted against NAFTA. Perot got 20% of the vote running against NAFTA.

Clinton was with the Republicans on NAFTA, as he was on welfare reform and some other issues.

You don't know enough about the politics of the nineties, or politics in general, to understand any of this.
