There has been a large problem with so called fact checkers for years. Facebook has admitted in court that their fact checkers are opinion only. Some so called fact checking sites have been proven more wrong then right.
But you can become a fact checker just by claiming to be one.

Just consider the reality of the 2020 presidential election - the validation by Congress of the certified electoral votes of all 50 states and DC - following a plethora of recounts, audits, and dozens of court challenges.

Over a year later, there is no legal challenge anywhere in the nation to the validity of the election, no suspects named in a vast, pervasive conspiracy to "steal" a "Landslide!", no credible revelations to suggest targeted Republican governors or secretaries of state were in cahoots, nothing to justify the petty vendettas against them.

Some folks cling to beliefs that have no "facts" to check.

The election was stolen.
