I heard Betty White was a c*#t. Remember the mom on Golden Girls? She was getting old and forgetting her lines on the live set. Betty White would ridicule and embarrass her in front of the live studio audience. I don't believe in the rule that you don't speak ill of the dead. Sometimes you have to wait till their dead to get the real truth. Betty was an icon or they made her into one at some point. I think it was when the Valerie Bertonelli cast tried to jump start that horrible show by getting star Betty White to join the cast. It still failed if I'm not mistaken but I'm sure Betty got paid.

Bea Arthur, who starred as Dorothy Zbornak in the show, allegedly referred to White as a c--t, according to the "Golden Girls" casting director.
