It is a blatant, open, in-your-face defiance of the Rule of Law...such as you would have expected to see in some South American dictatorship.

That's because your poll is done wrong. It makes it seem like if you think the IRS innocently lost the emails you are smart and crazy if you think they were disappeared on purpose.

I am of the opinion that they were disappeared on purpose. But I am in no way shape or form shocked by that. I wonder how shocked the IRS would be if taxpayer's disappeared critical income statements while being audited?
