Who has more federal immunity from prosecution agreements, Gambinos or clinton staff?

Just a quick question....the FBI immunized as many clinton staff members as they could find to immunize, immunizing them for simple things like getting laptops....something they never do......but they did......

So the question is this.....who has had more people under federal immunity from prosecution agreements.....the clinton staff.....or the Gambino crime family.?..or pick any other organized crime group for comparison....
