Gene Hackman's children not named in will. The person who was named - Hackman's wife - is also dead.

$80 million is at stake.

Wake up the lawyers, it's time for business!

Actually me and Hackman were secret lovers for years and got married in a voodoo ceremony in Haiti. I'm pregnant with his child! That $80 million belongs to me!

Who did Mrs. Hackman name in her will if she had one?

God bless you and her family and Gene's kids always!!!

That’s why probate court will divide the estate between the children.

My first question would be whether a trust and/or survivorship clause are involved. Often, a beneficiary must survive the decedent by at least 30 days. If his wife died first and Hackman died less than 30 days later, her estate might go "into a trust and then to charity." However, his estate would go to his children or other designated beneficiaries.

No will, state will probably take it all.
