It is not a human right if only the Arab Palestinians have the right. Just as in any other country in the Middle East, the government exercises authority that only the government can. The Arab Palestinian today, has not had the authority of sovereignty in a 1000 years. It has not had an Arab Palestinian government with sovereignty over any territory (with the exception of Area "A") in over a 1000 years.

• Under what authority does any Arab Palestinian Party claim sovereignty over any territory?​

THEY MUST WORK for Peace and bring it about.
