Hey, I won't say I completely disagree with you when it comes to women. The other day I was at Petsmart. 4 woman and 1 guy work there. Who was filling the shelves with heavy bags of dog food? Climbing the ladder with 50 pound bags of dry dog food?

You know, Trump can totally socially engineer this to happen. Couples who get married and have kids pay way lower taxes. Cut people's taxes if they have kids. Free daycare and pre school. Lower interest rates for couples with kids. Companies can hire a man with kids before they hire a single guy like me. If they are a family focused company who wants to encourage family.

AND they can pay a family man more. What a company pays me is non of your business unless you work for a company that is unionized. Very few of us are.

It's too damn expensive to have kids. Young people don't want them. Who's fault is that? You raise them. They live in the greatest country in the world. Plenty of jobs out there. Of course they won't start off with a high paying job but if you are good and lucky you'll climb the ranks to management and make more than everyone else.

Maybe they should organize into unions and make the companies pay them more. I don't think supply and demand will do it. It should help especially if we have run off a lot of the illegals. But remember, our foreign customers aren't buying from us anymore. A lot of our customers are boycotting the USA because of you know who and you know what. And a lot of those manufacturing jobs will be automated.

Don't forget we have a lot of former government workers out there looking for work.

Maybe they care but the consumers in Germany or China don't give a **** about our market. Russia either apparently. India, Japan, Canada, need I go on?

And if you are buying American only, maybe they should buy European only, or Australian only, or Canada only, or from China.

Also, us consumers are getting squeezed. I've been pointing out on another thread all the things I'm finding are more expensive because of tariffs. Time to tighten up the purse strings. Us Americans aren't going to be buying 27 dolls this year. Only 2. And only 2 pencils.

Theres really no feasible way to do that. It is going to take 2 incomes for most people. That isnt going to change. Our nextdoor neighbors just had their first kid. 9 days after they got it home she went back to work. Baby in daycare 40 some hours per week. Why? They cant give up her salsry and benefits. Plus she said she isnt the kind to sit at home without goung crazy.
