I don't actually talk to him any more. He got promoted, not because he was capable, but because he'd been there the longest time. He waited and waited about 9 months before he started making up rules that were ridiculous. Like when we could and could not go to the bathroom. The final straw was him sending me messages outside of work time as if I were a child. My life has improved no end.
