Your table shows 69.4% of the violent crimes being committed by white people, however, you'll notice there is no separate percentage for Hispanic and many are included in the white category. So the amount of crime being committed by whites is either in line or a bit lower than their proportion of the population.

Blacks make up 13% of population, but disproportionately commit 26% of the violent crime, double their representation.

I think I do get it. The death of that one attractive white girl was unwarranted. She did nothing to deserve that fate. The police kill when a perpetrator is out of control, won't follow legal directions, or act in a menacing or deadly way, so to protect themselves, they react with deadly force. Not a shot in the ankle or the big toe, but lethal, game over, no further danger. The good guys get to go home. Unlike you, I support the police.

I think that what you have indicated is that the police make mistakes. Who or what is perfect? The difference is that illegal killers do not make mistakes when taking the life of the innocent.
