Look at some of the other crap on the list (it was only three searches for one year)...
$5M for "World DEI support."
$13.6M for "Brazil Climate Resilience"
$1.8M for "Agricultural research in Argentina"
$12M for "World Gender Equity"
$6.5M for "School based HIV and gender violence prevention in South Africa."

All of this funding is waste, and only a small fraction of it does not end up in Leftist pockets.

Meanwhile, we still have American citizens living in tents while we give billions to people without social security numbers.
