The courts cannot stop the first two pots. You don't need a national emergency
to access those funds. The lawsuits are to halt the national emergency. The
courts cannot tell the Sec of Defense that he cannot use Army Drug Interdiction
money to build the wall. That money has already ben appropriated to the Army
to do their part in stopping the flow of drugs into the country.
The dems are stirring up a fuss over 3.6 billion and only 3.6 billion.
The president already has his hands on the 600 mil from the drug forfeiture
fund, 2.5 billion from th Army drug program and the 1.375 billion from
Congress.
Couple that with the fact that he has already rebuilt 84 miles of wall and
has 600 mil still left from that pot to build an additional 45 miles of wall.
He'll build another 200 miles of wall before September.
And when September rolls around the next CR is gonna have the dems
begging to do business with the President. Obama's sequestered delays
kick in on December 1st. 55 Billion automatic cut in domestic spending.
I bet they'll be lining up asking for his support, which they will need,
to prevent Obama's cuts from devastating domestic spending.
