Trump has filed more personal lawsuits in one year than all US Presidents combined.

Trump has filed more personal lawsuits in one year than all, prior, US Presidents combined. He is thre only US President to file suit against the media and the US Government while President.

  1. Lawsuit against the IRS and the U.S. Treasury Department — Trump, along with his sons and the Trump Organization, filed a $10 billion lawsuit in federal court alleging the agencies failed to prevent a leak of his tax returns. This was filed in late January 2026.
  2. $15 billion lawsuit against The New York Times and Penguin Random House — Filed in September 2025 alleging defamation related to campaign coverage and book content. (This has seen significant procedural challenges and rulings.)
  3. Lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal — Trump is seeking $10 billion from the WSJ over an article about Jeffrey Epstein; this appears to have been filed (or announced) in mid-2025
  4. Lawsuit against the BBC — Trump has also sought $10 billion against the BBC over its editing of a speech preceding January 6, 2021

Apparently you're worried about that.

1. Engage in lawfare against Trump as never seen before against a President
2. Trump responds
3. Complain he sues too much....

You guys would be comical if you weren't so pathetic.
How did the NY Times, WSJ and BBC engage in lawfare against Trump?

Lawfare, slander, libel, whatever.
Your shitty excuse for Trump’s behavior really crumbled the second anyone actually thought about it.

Because you clearly didn’t think about it.

Yes but they were against shit stain scum Democrats so meh. :sleeping-smiley-015:
A president may belong to one party, But when he becomes president of the Whole nation,
He is suppose to at least attempt to work for ALL OF US.
What happened? how did we Allow this Total party against half the country?

Your constant nitpicking while ignoring the overall issues shows you don't think.

The overall issue is that you’re delusional.

Pointing out that your premise has no logical underpinning isn’t a nit pick.

To you, words have meaning unless those meanings are inconvenient.

Well yeah, but they weren't petulant, needy, hypersenstive, profoundly insecure, spoiled brats.

So he has an excuse.

Yes, I am.
When a President sue a newspaper or media outlet, because he did not like what they said, you can kiss the 1st ammendment goodbye.
And to have the President sue departments of the government for billions is beyond comprehension. That suit is against you and me and all tax payers because we pay if he wins. It would add billions to the debt.

How many CEOs sue their own company.
With the first ammendment how many Presidents have filed suit against the media because they did not like what they wrote,
NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
First time for everything.

Funny, the Democratic Party is full of trial lawyers as donors and as lawmakers. Republicans have tried to pass tort reform over and over, but the bought out Democrats always manage to stop it.

If it isn't some contingency fee shyster trying to get thirty-five million dollars for a chipped tooth, or a "micro-aggression" by a co-worker, it is Lawfare 2.0, in which trial lawyers sue the President for every action, hoping to discourage him from doing what the voters elected him to do.

Now that is it Trump who has a few lawsuits, all of a sudden suing is bad?

Yeah.

You can be the Kewlest Karen in your reading group by spouting that nonsense, but you are talking to an audience with comprehension and critical thinking skills.

Donald Trump has been the most valuable person in the past 3 decades by the American Trial Lawyer Association.
He has been involved in at least 4,095 law suits in the last 3 decades. I don't know if there is another American, dead or alive, who has been involved in that many lawsuits
Do your research before you make a dumbass post as above.

Point is that Democrats lurve lawsuits when they are brought by anyone except Trump.

Hell, you loved them when it was Trump, before he got into politics and started kicking your asses.

Holding people accountable for their actions. Good.

Said NEVER Biden or Obama or Democrats.

There they go again, asshole Democrats trying to impose 2 sets of rules. When Democrats win they tell the rest of the country to F off while they cram through their agenda. When Republicans win they pull this BS above. Democrats have been doing this for the past 50 years.

You’re obviously worried about the outcome, which means you admit the lawsuits have merit.

Oh poor Donakld Trump. He is always the victim. And his poor MAGA followers are always the victims. It is the immigrants, it is the liberals, it is the blacks, it is the non-Christians; on and on. Everybody is againsrt Trump and MAGA.
Bullshit!!!
It is time Trump and MAGA grow a couple and take responsibility for their lives. It is not everybody else's fault, it is YOUR fault where you are today.
What a bunch of panty ass, whimps.
