Yep. Biden probably shouldn't have closed Bagram Airbase first, and flying everything out of there instead of abandoning it to the Taliban.
Instead he leaves a secure air base and moved what little personnel and equipment they were planning on shipping out to an airport in the middle of the biggest city in Afghanistan. The result is it caused a panic.
Whoever planned that mission had their heads up their asses.
