You are pathetic. This s what you voted for, what you support.

Know what's even better? Biden ripping Trump a new ass with his EP bullshit, just like Biden beat your boy's ass last November. Which really burns Trump's ass.

It don't get no better then this.

You know Trump is really triggered now.

I wonder who's playing the theme from "CATS" for Trump now?

Executive privilege does not protect you from criminal activity.
Oh really? Then we can charge Obama and Holder with first degree murder thanks to Fast and Furious leading directly to the murder of an American citizen.

Know what’ll be better? When people tell this committee to shove their subpoenas up their collective asses and the committee can do nothing about it. No enforcement power. Before you cry, Obozo and Holder said it was okay while they ignored multiple subpoenas.

So when someone wants documents from a former Democrat Administration then they can get them. See how this will work? See what precedence the dipshit Biden and his crew of dipshits are setting?
Didn’t Trump release lots of documents from the Obama administration?

Many presidents, beginning with George Washington, have invoked executive privilege , and the power has since been extended to former presidents.

Those who have since left office have on occasion exercised the power, such as when former President Ronald Reagan invoked executive privilege in 1990 to avoid turning over excerpts of his White House diaries.

So the heck with The Law, Executive Privilege be damned. I think they started doing this in Germany before Hitler and The Nazis destroyed the Weimar Democratic Republic.

Wow. I know you're stupid but I didn't know you were that stupid.

A person has to be the current president to claim executive privilege.

Past presidents can't claim it. Which is why trump asked Biden.

If he had the power to claim it now, he would do it outright but he knows he has to go through the existing president to do it.

No wonder you're a trump person. You're even more stupid than trump.

NO they don’t have enforcement power fatso. Can a member of Congress arrest you? Fuck off troll.
Never heard of Contempt of Congress?

Contempt of Congress[1] is the act of obstructing the work of the United States Congress or one of its committees. Historically, the bribery of a U.S. Senator or U.S. Representative was considered contempt of Congress. In modern times, contempt of Congress has generally applied to the refusal to comply with a subpoena issued by a congressional committee or subcommittee—usually seeking to compel either testimony or the production of requested documents.[2]

Following a contempt citation, the presiding officer of the chamber is instructed to refer the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia;[20] according to the law it is the duty of the U.S. Attorney to refer the matter to a grand jury for action.
The criminal offense of contempt of Congress sets the penalty at not less than one month nor more than twelve months in jail and a fine of not more than $100,000 or less than $100.[9]

SO why wasn’t Holder subject to those penalties? Congress has no enforcement power because they can’t legally issue subpoenas without a legal charge. Fishing expeditions don’t count. By precedent, this committee can shove their subpoenas up their collective asses. And do nothing about it.
