And with a Supreme Court dominated by partisan conservative ideologues hostile to settled, accepted Establishment Clause jurisprudence, realizing the goal of white Christian nationalists to conjoin church and state is real and imminent.
Christian people? Where are they? Why do they support a man who is just the opposite of what they claim to believe?

Because some Christian's and not all (must be careful to not lump the crazies with the decent ones) equate conservatism and the GOP as the officially sanctioned, "I approve this message", political party of Jesus. Which is the most ludicrous and hermeneutically wrong interpretation of Jesus in all westernized modern Christianity.
If one is a believer in Jesus then one must understand that:
Jesus never took political sides - Give to Caesar what is Caesar's. Not once do you ever read, either the words of Jesus, or from any other NT author that to be Christian one must be politically active or believe that there is a politically 'right' party.
Christian Zionism is also wrong theologically. The OT = Covenant between God and Nation. The NT = Covenant between God & Man. Period. This is why paul preached to the gentiles as he understood that salvation is now between you and God.
Even Paul said "all leadership is ordained by God. So if a Democrat is in office, let it be.
Yet, despite how wrong the Christian Zionists are, with facts in front of them, they won't care. They think that God somehow blesses and curses a "Nation", which is completely false and "Old Testament/Tanakh". Even the Jews are now no longer God's favored if you're a Christian, yet, you still hear Christian's say this all the time.
