I would say they are about the same. Bandera was a nazi-lover who betrayed Ukraine and the Soviets to side with Hitler....The Taliban are jihadists who enforce Sharia law on the Afghans, systematically kill Jews, Christians, and non-Sunni Muslims, as well as Kurds living in Afghanistan.

I would say both have about the same amount of blood on their hands.
