Which party has been more destructive to the middle-class? Democrats or Republicans?

Lame excuse Trumps inflation was 2% and we had covid. Biden drove up oil costs by suppressing production below demand and spent trillions in debt based money which took inflations from 1.4% to 9.1% in one years. The American Rescue plan was never needed GDP was 6.4%. Democrats tried to buy votes and the 1200 we got cost 5000 in inflation each year. More Biden democrat stupidity. He tried to manilutale us and it exploded in his face
Inflation from Covid hit when Covid was over stupid

Nope. Businesses closed thousands and they had employees and they filed for unemployment. You should research

Yep cause businesses closed because of the hoax again the need for the added welfare

All because democrats hated trump they made the globe suffer. Says all about democrats.

Welfare is bad
Yes, filed for unemployment, and got a $600 per week additional benefit due to Covid. For the love of God, they were not making $600 a week working their forty damn hours. They made more money sitting at home. Hell, you couldn't keep flat screens or gaming systems in damn stock. And food, OMG, these people were eating steak and lobster and grocery shopping every damn day.

And that was what kept the economy afloat. If you worked in a vital industry, hell, I carried a special "pass", well you were making bank. If you worked from home, you were ahead of the game. Those stimulus checks, you just banked them. During Covid it was time to put the head down and work. The numbers bear that out. Savings increased during Covid, WTF? Again, nothing like that has ever happened in history.

And sorry, the whole business closing was not a mistake. Like always, the numbers bear that out. Examine state by state differences, like say Georgia and North Carolina. Trump did not handle the Covid crisis well, not at all.

yep, Trump complimented the businesses to keep those still open, operating successfully for the future beyond the hoax.

The question posed in the thread title is;

“Which party has been more destructive to the middle-class?

Please let TNHarley know. Thanks in advance.

And I challenged the premise that the reduction in the middle class as percentage can be rightfully called "destructive" when most of that reduction is attributed to a gain in upper income. I believe premises should be questioned, especially when it comes to the rhetoric being tossed out by the political parties.

Here the start of an article from MoneyWatch posted today on CBS News....

Fixing it is simple. Legal immigration not border jumpers
That won't make Republican voters happy. Not the uneducated blue collar ones

"We won with young. We won with old. We won with highly educated. We won with poorly educated. I love the poorly educated," the Republican presidential front-runner boasted after coasting to a decisive victory in the state's caucuses.

He should love them.

Trump overwhelmingly leads his rivals for support among the less educated, and draws more modest backing from college graduates

Half of those with high school diplomas or less schooling said they supported the billionaire.

40 percent of those with some college study favored him.

How is this relevant?

Inflation from Covid hit when Covid was over stupid
And Biden was president suppressing oil production and spending trillions. A virus cant cause inflation. A senile impaired president can with economic and energy policies that increased the cost of everything
