1. What products? American whisky? Cars? Canada rightfully protected industries that were vital to their economy. America should have done that too and I believe Clinton did. Bush removed those protections. Why? To break the unions. To eliminate those high paying jobs.
2. Of course we have a trade deficit with Canada. Their population is 10% of ours.
