I have been self employed my entire adult life. Raised 2 kids of my own and 3 that weren't mine. Outright own everything I have. No debt. Youngest went to college.
Do I hit struggles on occasion? Absolutely. Nearly every business does. Have I overcome all those struggles? Absolutely and NOT every business can claim that.
About 18 straight years of being ranked at the top of my industry on Angieslist as well as a perfect BBB record.
Great career, great kids, great friends. What more do I need? Certainly not accreditation from the likes of people like you.

I pay every quarter just like everyone else.
Even better than that I've trained hundreds of people over the decades. Many of which had no marketable skills prior to being hired. Many of them now run their own businesses and can support their own families.
Without a doubt, people like me, make far more contributions to society that aren't measured by bullshit feel good noise as many of you seem to think counts as "doing something" for the betterment of others.
Back when I took Army Corp of Engineers contracts I hired 10% of my workforce from within the poor communities I was contracted to work in. They were paid a prevailing wage and many of them likely escaped poverty as a result.
