That means in the 2030 census democrats lose seats and EC votes that will go to Red states. A serious loss of power. They opened the border and created sanctuary cities to draw illegals to their states and re[lace lost citizens. Its a gross manipulation of the lection. So how did that work out?

#2 All those incarcerated for felony convictions, since they can't leally vote.

#3 Those found to be mentally incompetant and had their voting right removed, since they can't leally vote.

#4 All those who have permenant (or temporary) legal status who are working on citizenship, since they can't legally vote.

The SC will rule person means legal voter because the whole point of the census is voting. In addition there is bill in the house defining that and executive orders supporting that as well.

Thats not the purpose of the census apportionment is. How man seats in the house and EC votes are assigned to each state. Democrats know they are going to lose large numbers in the 2030 census.
