Still waiting on that $1M lawsuit against Chuck Redd that Richard Grenell promised back in December. It’s been over a month—did the "Trump-Kennedy" Center run out of stamps, or did they realize you can’t sue a legend for "breach of contract" when you’re currently in court defending the fact that you renamed a national monument without Congressional authorization?

Chuck had the guts to walk away. The Center doesn't seem to have the guts to actually file. Maybe they're too busy peeling the new stickers off the website? 😂

Has the statute of limitations run? They may be waiting for the final bills to calculate the damages. Give it time.

There's nothing to sue over.

Before the new year, they said they would file a $1 million lawsuit “after the holidays”. How are you enjoying your mid-to-late January holidays? Or will it be February Holidays?

It is never going to happen because of the paperwork. Everyone who signed contracts to play there signed contracts to play at the Kennedy Center. It's not called that anymore. I imagine Chucky's lawyers explained it to him. A technicality but many legal decisions are based on technicalities.

There are lots of holidays. Why are you so preoccupied/obsessive about the timing of this lawsuit? Even car wrecks can take a year to get the lawsuit filed.

Show us one of the performers contracts? You need to verify your own claims.

Robert, answer where’s the lawsuit before you ask questions. The Kennedy Center said it would sue. Now sit down and answer the thread question, instead of asking about a contract that hasn’t resulted in a lawsuit.

Don't need it now, Trump is closing the Kennedy Center for two years later on this year, and it won't open until a little before his presidency is over. How convenient to just get rid of something that's super embarrassing for Trump.

I am not on your side is what you mean. And you have no clue what the contract looks like for performers.

Imagine if you can the center not closing down. IT is a dump today. I am amazed customers go there. Trump has the funds to fix it and make it a decent venue.

He keeps upping the ante as a counter response. He is removing the venue as a propaganda tool you guys use.
